If you are a member of the American Psychological Association, and the APA Practice Organization, you can access legislation and regulations in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Congress through a unique service by going to the APA Practice Organization (APAPO) website pages at www.apapractice.org

The APAPO and State Net provide electronic access to state legislation and regulations on issues relevant to practitioners.

These reports provide a look at legislation and regulations in a variety of issue areas, including: licensure and scope of practice, reimbursement, hospital practice, mental health parity, prescriptive authority, healthcare reform, and more. This is really cool!

You can also find more information by going to the APA Practice Organization website pages at www.apapractice.org.
